My dad and I went in to trade in his 2020 Grand Cherokee for a brand-new model, and Ballsy made the entire process fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and if there was something he didn’t know off the top of his head, he went and found out for us right away instead of giving us a runaround.
​Most importantly, he wasn't pushy at all and accommodated everything we needed with a super friendly, personable attitude. The only downside? He cheers for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers... but honestly, his stellar service makes up for his questionable taste in football teams! 🏈
